Requirements and responsibilities

What you will do: - Lead engineering capacity and execution across assigned product pods. - Own quality, reliability, and delivery throughput for pod engineering teams. - Act as the primary technical liaison between the pod and technology vendors. - Manage engineering team performance, capacity planning, and velocity. - Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross-squad coordination. - Escalate and resolve technical blockers affecting product delivery timelines. What you will bring: - Proven engineering management experience in product-led banking or fintech organizations. - Strong technical background with ability to review architecture and code decisions. - Experience managing vendor relationships and technical SLAs. - Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). - Ability to work across multiple product pods simultaneously. - Strong async communication and remote-work discipline. - English fluency.
