This role will require a balance of analytical and operational skills to help guide the company on driving scalable growth. This individual will serve as a key partner to the Sales and Customer Success teams for winning and retaining business, providing guidance on deal structure and pricing strategy. This position is ideal for an individual looking for a dynamic role at a fast-growth startup transforming the mental healthcare industry.ResponsibilitiesBecome a subject matter expert on Lyra’s pricing model and all variables that influence win rate in the Employer Solution marketTranslate complex pricing models into simple, sellable structures, partnering with Product Marketing to lead internal enablement and external communication on pricingDevelop quotes and proposal documents for prospects in partnership with the Sales and Customer Success teamProvide recommendations for streamlining the quote-to-cash process, driving strategy and operational improvementsServe as a core thought partner for Sales and Customer Success teams, providing guidance on deal structuring for prospective and renewing employers Effectively manage towards deadlines and set expectations on timelines with cross-functional stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance or other relevant/quantitative disciplines2+ years of experience in sales operations, pricing, consulting, finance, business operations, or similarExperience with forecasting, data analysis, and developing financial models to support business decisions, with proficiency in Excel/Google SheetsExceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial data into clear narratives for GTM leadership and external clientsOrganized and diligent in consistently meeting deadlines while managing competing prioritiesAnalytically and operationally minded, demonstrating sound business judgment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and qualityPreferred QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Excel and Google SuiteSalesforce experience is a plusExperience with B2B or B2B2C products & solutionsBackground in healthcare or benefits strategySALARY RANGE$76,000 to $104,500As a full-time Global Pricing Operations Associate, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $76,000- $104,500. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.Annual salary is only one part of an employee’s total compensation package at Lyra.
