Job Description: We are looking for a Dispatcher with experience in land transportation and international logistics. The main responsibility will be to prepare and manage quotations for cargo entering the United States, including customs clearance and final delivery to the destination. The ideal candidate must have solid knowledge of Incoterms (DDP, DAP, DDU) and experience handling logistics processes from origin to final delivery. Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate quotations for land transportation of cargo entering the U.S. - Coordinate customs clearance processes and ensure on-time final delivery. - Communicate with clients and partners to provide updates on quotations and shipments. - Ensure compliance with Incoterms (DDP, DAP, DDU) in all quotations. - Maintain organized records of quotations and shipments. Requirements: - Proven experience in transportation, logistics, or dispatch. - Knowledge of DDP, DAP, and DDU Incoterms. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests. - Intermediate English (preferred but not mandatory). Schedule: - Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. Salary: - Starting at 900 USD per month, higher depending on knowledge and experience.
