Role Overview We are looking for a Senior/Staff-level AI/ML Engineer with strong production experience to design, build, and scale machine learning systems. You will work directly with US-based teams, contributing to real-world applications across domains such as NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and generative AI. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models in production environments - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, and engineering - Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion, training, evaluation, deployment) - Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability - Translate business problems into ML solutions - Communicate technical concepts clearly with stakeholders and team members - Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply them where relevant Required Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML systems in production - Strong proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) - Experience with MLOps practices, model deployment, and monitoring - Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles - Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Ability to work full-time aligned with US time zones Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience working with US-based companies or clients - Full-stack development experience (e.g., building APIs, working with frontend/backend systems) - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) - Familiarity with modern AI areas such as LLMs, generative AI, or deep learning systems - Experience working in distributed or remote teams - Exposure to data engineering or large-scale data processing systems What We Offer - Fully remote opportunity with global flexibility - Competitive compensation - Opportunity to work with leading US companies and cutting-edge technologies
