Your adaptability and ability to navigate challenges ensure your success in any situation.ResponsibilitiesWork as a part of an agile software development devops team to build and maintain critical infrastructureParticipate in planning and designComplete sprint work collaboratively and punctuallyAssist in the development and management of CI/CD processes for efficient code deployment and system updates.Support the operation and maintenance of cloud infrastructure and services to ensure performance, security, and cost-efficiency.Contribute to the management of microservices architecture and orchestration utilizing container technologies.Collaborate with software development teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues and outages.Aid in the implementation of best practices for system hardening and configuration management.Ensuring security compliance and vulnerability remediations remains within SLAsParticipate in on-call rotations to support system operations.Help document processes and monitor system logs and activity for potential issuesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and/or 3+ years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or a similar role.Experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins and Github Actions.Familiarity with cloud services (AWS: ECS, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, AWS CLI, etc.) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools, specifically Docker and Amazon ECS.Understanding of networking basics, including firewalls, load balancers, DNS, and other infrastructure components.Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Bash/zsh preferred)Git proficiency.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred QualificationsPrior software development experience with languages such as JS/TS, Java, Go, or Python is a plus.Associate or Professional AWS certifications.Experience with logging and monitoring tools like CloudWatch and New Relic.Familiarity with PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.Compensation$108,700 - $126,300 a year
