OverviewApogee has an opportunity for a Systems Engineer to provide contractor site reachback support for the M-Code Aviation Receivers Joint Program Office (MAR JPO). These positions provide senior-level technical support in specialized areas, including Test & Evaluation, Avionics Integration, and Cybersecurity.These are full-time remote positions with occasional travel to government sites.ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support:Provide senior technical support in specialized areas:Test & EvaluationAvionics IntegrationCybersecuritySupport Studies & Analysis (S&A) task executionConduct trade studies and technical analysesProvide expert technical assessments and recommendationsTest & Evaluation (for T&E specialists):Support test planning and strategy developmentEvaluate test approaches and methodologiesReview test plans and procedures • Analyze test results and provide assessmentsAPDP T&E Level III certified or military T&E school graduateAvionics Integration (for Integration specialists):Support platform integration planning and analysisEvaluate interface requirements and ICDsAssess integration approaches and risksProvide expertise on aircraft systems and interfacesDirect involvement with 3+ aircraft platforms requiredCybersecurity (for Cyber specialists):Support cybersecurity threat analysis and evaluationConduct vulnerability assessmentsEvaluate cybersecurity testing approachesDevelop countermeasure recommendationsTechnical knowledge of PNT systems securityStudies & Analysis Support:Execute assigned S&A tasksConduct research and technical analysisPrepare technical reports and documentationSupport trade studies and technology assessmentsQualificationsMinimum Experience:Citizenship: Must be a US citizenClearance: Must have and be able to maintain a TS/SCI level clearanceEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related fieldYears of Experience: 20 years of experience in specialized areasTest & Evaluation:DT/OT experienceAPDP T&E Level III or military T&E schoolAvionics Integration:Airborne integration, direct involvement with 3+ platformsCybersecurity:Cybersecurity focused on PNT systems, threat evaluation, testing, and countermeasuresAdditional experience:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent technical writing and communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesPreferred Experience:Education: Master's Degree in Engineering, or related fieldYears of Experience: 15 years of experience in specialized areas (Test & Evaluation, Avionics Integration, Cybersecurity)Additional Information:Location: Contractor Site (National - Remote)Remote: This is a full-time remote positionTravel: Travel up to 20% may be required, per the customer's discretion
