Role Summary: - We are looking for an organized and creative brand strategist for content creation planning and scheduling with experience developing and executing social media calendar strategy for US marketing agencies. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensure all social media communication maintains a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual aesthetic that aligns with the makeup brand's identity and values across all platforms. Before publishing, rigorously proofread all content. Every piece of text must be well-written, free of errors, and clearly convey its message to reflect our brand's professionalism. - Community Engagement & Management: Actively interact with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). This includes answering product questions, providing beauty tips, addressing customer service inquiries, and fostering a sense of community around the brand. - Trend Monitoring & Integration (TikTok-Specific): Stay constantly updated on the latest social media trends, especially on TikTok (e.g., trending sounds, challenges, video formats). Strategically adapt and incorporate these trends into the brand's content to ensure relevance and maximize reach and engagement. - TikTok Reposting & Dueting Strategy: Implement a strategy for reposting user-generated content (UGC) on TikTok (with proper credit and consent) and creating duets or stitches with relevant or trending videos. This amplifies brand visibility and encourages further user participation. - Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key social media metrics (engagement rates, reach, follower growth, website traffic from social, conversion rates) using analytics tools. Generate regular reports to assess content performance, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate ROI. - Hashtag & Keyword Optimization: Research and implement effective hashtag strategies for each platform, particularly TikTok, to improve content discoverability and reach target audiences interested in makeup and beauty. - Competitor Analysis: Regularly monitor competitor social media activity to identify successful strategies, content gaps, and emerging trends within the beauty industry, informing the brand's own social media approach. - Campaign Development & Execution: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns for new product launches, promotions, or seasonal events. This includes developing campaign themes, content calendars, and performance targets across all relevant platforms.
