This role requires a strong blend of functional banking knowledge and technical capabilities to serve as the bridge between business, architecture, delivery, and integration teams.The ideal candidate will ensure that credit and collateral processes are effectively translated into system configurations, workflows, business rules, integrations, and testing activities within the Oracle FLEXCUBE ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and support the complete Credit Origination Lifecycle, including: Application Capture; Data Collection; Credit Assessment; Business Validations; Approval Workflows; Loan Formalization; Disbursement ProcessesManage and support the Collateral Lifecycle, including: Registration; Validation; Valuation; Credit Facility Association; Release & Substitution; Ongoing MonitoringConfigure, validate, and support: Roles & Permissions; Approval Processes; Exception HandlingEnsure seamless integration between Oracle Banking Origination (OBO) and Oracle FLEXCUBE: Customer Information; Documentation; Collateral Data; Eligibility Rules; Lending LimitsSupport: Functional Testing; End-to-End Testing; User Acceptance Testing (UAT); Regression Testing; Functional BehaviorsCreate and maintain: Process Flows; Data Mappings; Business Rules Documentation; Scope Impacts; Credit Origination Processes; Loan Lifecycle Management; Collateral Management; Banking OperationsExperience with: SQL; APIs; XML; JSON; WebLogicKnowledge of banking products, credit policies, and lending operationsPreferred QualificationsExperience in enterprise banking transformation programsExperience integrating Oracle FLEXCUBE with external banking systemsStrong understanding of core banking architecturesExperience working with multinational banking organizationsAbility to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholdersIdeal CandidateOracle FLEXCUBE Technical-Functional expertStrong background in Credit Origination and Collateral ManagementComfortable working across business, architecture, integration, and delivery teamsInterview Process: Video InterviewVisa: No OPT CandidatesTravel: Ability to travel to Mexico is highly preferredClient: GFT ConsultingLocation: 100% Remote
