As a BDE, your main goal is to introduce CitySite’s recruitment and job-posting solutions to HR professionals, business owners, and corporate clients.🎯 Your Role & ResponsibilitiesB2B Lead Generation: Research, identify, and map out potential corporate clients (SMEs, startups, and large enterprises) who are actively hiring.Outreach & Pitching: Connect with HR managers, talent acquisition heads, and business owners via LinkedIn, cold calling, and emails to pitch CitySite’s hiring solutions.Client Onboarding: Onboard new employers to our portal and help them post their vacancies.Relationship Management: Maintain great relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure continuous business.Market Insights: Keep track of hiring trends and feedback from clients to help our product team improve the portal experience.💡 What We Look ForExcellent verbal and written communication skills (English and regional languages like Odia/Hindi are a big advantage).A self-driven individual who loves chatting with people and solving problems.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.High school graduate/Any Graduate degree (MBA/BBA/Any stream).🎁 What’s In It For You?Flexibility: Work 100% remotely from the comfort of your home.
