As the AI Change Management Lead, you'll own the human side of AI transformation at ActivTrak. While the Director, AI Transformation sets the strategy and the AI Admin builds and manages the solutions, you’ll make sure that employees understand them, adopt them and get value from them. You're the bridge between what the AI team builds and the behavior change that makes those builds matter.As a member of the AI Transformation team , you'll be a key partner in how the team plans, communicates and measures its work — and a trusted resource for the rest of the business when it comes to AI. You'll also work closely with Revenue Enablement and HR to align AI change efforts with broader organizational enablement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAdoption Strategy & Planning:Own the AI adoption roadmap in lockstep with the Director, AI Transformation's delivery, ensuring every solution that ships has a corresponding change and enablement plan. Define, track and report adoption metrics for each AI initiative such as active usage, time-to-proficiency, self-serve rate on a regular cadenceTailor enablement approaches to align with business and department initiatives and department Identify adoption risks before and during rollout and bring mitigation options, not just problemsTraining & Enablement:Design and deliver training programs for every AI tool and workflow the team ships through live sessions, async content, quick-reference guides and peer learning formatsBuild and maintain a centralized AI use case library: a living resource of proven workflows, prompt templates and best practices for any employee to self-serve Develop plain-language guidance that translates the technical capabilities built by the team into content any employee can act on immediatelyRun regular enablement touchpoints with department leads and power users, embedding AI habits into existing workflows rather than creating parallel onesStay current on AI tools and emerging capabilities. Understand them well enough to teach others to use them confidentlyMeeting Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement:Support the Director, AI Transformation in running the AI steering cadence. Own the logistics, prepare materials, capture decisions and drive follow-through on action itemsFacilitate department-level AI onboarding and working sessions independentlyMaintain a pulse on employee sentiment related to AI across functions to influence opportunities for enablement or supportBuild relationships with champions and influencers in each business function who can accelerate adoption from within their teamsInternal Communications:Own all internal AI communications, including launch announcements, Slack updates, newsletters, and leadership briefings, keeping the organization informed, engaged, and motivatedDevelop and maintain a consistent internal narrative around why AI matters at ActivTrak, grounding it in real employee outcomes and business impact rather than technology hypeCreate and manage feedback channels that make it easy for employees to share what's working and what isn't and synthesize that input into actionable insights for the businessGovernance Support:Partner with the Director, AI Transformation to communicate AI governance policies and acceptable use guidelines across the organization in ways that are clear, accessible and non-threateningDevelop training and reference materials that help employees understand data privacy, compliance expectations and responsible AI use in their day-to-day workTrack and report on governance-related feedback and questions from employees, helping to identify where policy clarification or reinforcement is neededRequirementsWe're looking for a change management and enablement leader with experience designing and running programs that drive real behavior change, not just delivering training content.5 years in learning and development, organizational change management, sales enablement, revenue operations or a closely related fieldDemonstrated track record of building structured change and enablement programs from Scratch. You've designed the approach, not just executed someone else's playbookHands-on experience with modern AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar so you can teach others to use them effectivelyExperience facilitating meetings and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholdersStrong written communicator who can produce crisp internal content across formats: Slack updates, launch announcements, training guides and executive briefingsExperience using data to measure and improve adoption outcomesHigh empathy for employees who are skeptical of or overwhelmed by new technology.
