This is a fully remote, contract position requiring proven hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and InstagramDevelop and test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and targeting strategiesMonitor campaign performance daily and optimize for key metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC)Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing page combinationsManage and allocate ad budgets effectively to maximize ROIGenerate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendationsCollaborate with internal team members to align ad strategy with the referral program goalsStay current on Meta advertising policies, algorithm updates, and best practicesRequirementsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaignsProficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Meta PixelStrong understanding of audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategiesExperience with campaign objectives including lead generation, conversions, and awarenessAbility to interpret analytics data and translate findings into optimized strategiesExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsHighly organized, self-directed, and able to meet deadlines independentlyExperience in legal industry or law firm marketing is a plusWillingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
