The vision is to be the preferred fashion, beauty and lifestyle shopping destination for women and men alike.About the JobCandidate is responsible for ensuring that E commerce software products meet quality standards before release.Job Title: Software Quality Assurance (SQA) EngineerKey Responsibilities:Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.Perform manual testing to ensure software meets functional, performance, and security requirements.Identify, record, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure quality standards are met.Validate bug fixes and software enhancements to ensure proper implementation.Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to QA best practices.Monitor and report test results, metrics, and quality trends to management.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience as an SQA Engineer in E-commerce, Warehouse management, and CMS applications.Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Postman)Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Other Details:Working Days: Sunday - ThursdayWorking Timings: 10AM - 6PMExperience: 4-5 years in Ecommerce industry.Remote: Full Time REMOTE from Anywhere in PakistanBenefits:Leave encashmentMedical OPDAnnual IncrementPerformance based AppraisalAbout the job:HR Ways is an Award winning Technical Recruitment Firm helping software houses and IT Product companies internationally and locally to find IT Talent.
