The Business Development Manager leads account sales, proposal development, client stewardship, and strategic growth initiatives, while supporting regional business development and managing existing accounts. This role focuses on building strong relationships with key decision makers, leveraging customer and competitor insights, and guiding prospects through the full partnership lifecycle, from service demonstrations to contract negotiation and implementation.
