Job Details -------------- Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6 months + Extension Work timings: Europe Location: REMOTE Demand Overview -------------------- Client requires an experienced BA with strong hands-on expertise in IBM Aspera platform operations, workflow automation, and enterprise file transfer support. The role supports business-critical integrations with high availability, security, and compliance requirements. Scope of Work / Responsibilities ----------------------------------------- ● L2/L3 operational support for IBM Aspera platforms with SLA adherence. ● Administration of Aspera Console, Shares, HSTS, Proxy, and Orchestrator. ● Design, development, and deployment of workflows using Aspera Orchestrator. ● CI/CD deployment of Orchestrator workflows using GitHub. ● Platform monitoring, incident management, RCA, and preventive actions. ● Execution of patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities. ● SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle management to ensure secure communication. ● Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, execution, and DR drill support. ● User onboarding, access management, and operational reporting. Mandatory Skills ------------------------ ● IBM Aspera: Console, Shares, HSTS, Proxy, Orchestrator (Hands-on). ● Linux administration, troubleshooting, and shell scripting. ● Aspera Orchestrator workflow creation and deployment via GitHub. ● Enterprise production support experience with high availability systems. ● Patching, upgrades, certificate renewal, and DR execution.
