TWC Global Services is actively looking for an experienced Sr. Cognos Administrator to join a long-term project with one of our clients.Key Requirements:5–7+ years of experience designing, developing, administering, and supporting Business Intelligence platformsStrong hands-on experience with IBM Cognos Analytics AdministrationExperience with Cognos v11 upgrades and migrationsExpertise in system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and environment managementKnowledge of security administration, software deployments, and BI platform governanceExperience supporting enterprise reporting environments within Data Warehouse and Operational Data Store (ODS) ecosystemsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred Skills:Power BI Administration and/or Development experienceExperience supporting large-scale enterprise analytics environmentsFamiliarity with ITIL processes (Change, Configuration, Incident, and Problem Management)Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teamsIf you are an experienced Cognos professional looking for your next opportunity, I'd love to connect!
