You will work side-by-side with Principal Consultants and former industry practitioners to deliver world-class advisory services to our Enterprise customers. This role is an opportunity to deepen your expertise in AppSec and DevSecOps while leading the rollout of large-scale secure coding programs. You will be the face of Secure Code Warrior for engineering teams and security leads, helping them translate best practices into reality. You will be helping organizations build sustainable, developer-driven security cultures. If you love solving problems and want to learn how to guide enterprises through transformation, this is the role for you.Essential DutiesEngagement Delivery: Lead the delivery of services engagements, including kickoff workshops, project management, and stakeholder socialisation.Program Implementation: Work with customers to roll out their Secure Code Warrior programs, assisting with integration setup (SSO, LMS, Jira/GitHub) and training build out on the platform.Advisory & Best Practices: Provide actionable advice on SCW best practices, helping customers overcome adoption hurdles.Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate sessions with Engineering Leads and Security Champions to align on rollout schedules and success metrics.Continuous Learning: Actively participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions; shadow Principal Consultants on strategic accounts to build advanced advisory skills.Reporting: Produce clear, concise engagement reports that summarize progress, risks, and recommendations for client stakeholders.What You Will Bring3-4+ years in AppSec, DevSecOps, software engineering, or technical consultingExperience implementing programs, tools, or process changes within an organization.Foundational understanding of secure coding principles (OWASP Top 10) and the developer environment (CI/CD, IDEs, Git).Ability to facilitate workshops and present technical concepts to mixed audiences (Developers and Managers)A collaborative spirit; you enjoy learning from peers and working in a team environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with AI productivity tools is a plus.Closing DescriptionYou're joining us at an exciting stage in our journey, and are key to our future success.
