Our in-house creative team produces thousands of human-first ads every month, all designed to drive efficient, scalable growth for our clients.We sit at the intersection of creative, media, and technology—and we’re building systems to make performance marketing smarter, faster, and more scalable.THE ROLEAs a Business Development Intern, you’ll work directly with Newform’s leadership and sales team to support outbound sales, partnerships, and revenue expansion. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to how a high-growth agency acquires, qualifies, and closes clients.You’ll help research prospects, support outreach efforts, prepare sales materials, and assist in managing the top of the funnel. This is not a “watch from the sidelines” internship—you’ll be embedded in real deals with billion dollar companies.RESPONSIBILITIESResearch and identify potential clients across tech, mobile, and consumer brandsBuild and maintain prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpotSupport outbound outreach efforts (email, LinkedIn, and warm intros)Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and sales materialsAssist in tracking leads, pipeline status, and deal notes in CRM toolsSit in on sales calls and client meetings to learn discovery, positioning, and closingSupport partnerships, referrals, and special growth initiatives as neededREQUIREMENTSStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic analysisCurious about startups, marketing, sales, and entrepreneurshipSelf-starter mindset: proactive, reliable, and eager to learn(Preferred) Prior experience in sales, marketing, consulting, or startups(Preferred) Familiarity with paid social, digital marketing, or creator-led brandsBENEFITSPaid internshipRemote role with office in NYCDirect exposure to agency leadership and real client dealsHands-on experience in business development and growth strategyOpportunity for a full-time role upon successful completionFast-paced environment with meaningful responsibilityAnnual team offsites (previous trips include Tulum, Mexico and Hokkaido, Japan)
