As an AI Tech Lead at Trafilea, you’ll design AI platforms that drive personalization and growth, and architect AI-driven systems from prototype to production (e.g., recommendation engines, LLM-based personalization).You’ll partner with product teams to translate business goals into AI-powered solutions, architect scalable microservices and data pipelines (Golang, Node.js, React, AWS), mentor engineers, lead agile delivery as Deputy Scrum Master, and own hiring, OKRs, and performance metrics for your team.
