Role SummaryPay Your Way (a business unit, B2B(2C) product and platform inside SYW) is looking for an experienced top-notch Business Analyst to grow with our digital team!As a Business Analyst you will be involved from conception to completion with projects that are technologically sound and aesthetically impressive. An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, collaborative team. Someone that values the “team” and maximizes the opinions and expertise of their teammates to deliver quality.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Product owners & user experience design team to gather requirements & document requirements in BDD formatWork with product owners to get sign off on requirementsTranslate demo feedback from Product owners into requirements and track the scope changesWork with Dev & QA team to Groom user storiesWork along with development & QA team to clarify questions pertaining requirementsReview work of BA peers. Participate and contribute to Agile ceremoniesPosition QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or Computer Science or master’s degree in business/MBAExperience in performing requirements analysis and documentationKnowledge and experience in Insurance domain (premium audit preferably)Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologyShould be a strong communicator & good team playerNice to Have skillsFamiliarity with SAFe methodology is a plusReverse engineering or reengineering effort is required to a degree. Knowledge on SQL, PL/SQL, Visual Basic is a plus. But this is not a mandatoryCommunicate the strategies and trade-offs to the VP and CEOWork cross-functionally, align understanding in real-time with engineering, architecture, stakeholders, and other various teams throughout the software development lifecycle
