Amazon Marketplace Health & Ops Control - Monitor Amazon for: - Inactive listings. - Stranded inventory. - Suppressed ASINs. - Shipment discrepancies. - Proactively resolve or escalate issues impacting sales. - Monitor account health and flag risks early. 6. Product & Ops Documentation - Maintain the Product Information Master Sheet: - Dimensions. - Weights. - ASINs. - CBM. - Costs. - Update specifications and quality documents when designs or requirements change. - Support small ops projects related to packaging, labelling, and inspections. What Success Looks Like (Very Important) Within 60 days: - You can clearly explain current and future stock positions by country. - Shipment timelines are predictable and visible. - Stock counts reconcile monthly without surprises. - Amazon account health issues are rare and short-lived. - The founder is no longer checking Seller Central daily.
