Responsibilities

We are a growing California-based insurance agency seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our remote team. In this role, you will support our California sales and service team by assisting with policy servicing, client communication, and daily insurance-related tasks. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and experienced working with U.S. insurance policies and clients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting a professional team, working with clients, and building a long-term career in the U.S. insurance industry. Work Schedule -Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST -Fully remote position -Camera-on participation during team meetings Key Responsibilities -Assist with client service requests and policy inquiries -Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) -Send policy documents and welcome emails for new business -Assist clients with billing questions and policy servicing -Update new business and renewal information accurately in the system -Maintain client records using a CRM or agency management system -Support the sales and service team with general policy servicing tasks Required Experience -Prior experience working with a U.S. insurance agency -Familiar with Commercial Lines, Auto, or Home insurance -Experience issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) -Experience using a CRM or agency management system -Strong English communication skills -Fluent Spanish required -Chinese language skills are a plus (nice to have) -Strong attention to detail and organization skills Benefits -Fully remote work environment -Work with an international team -Stable long-term opportunity -Opportunities for career growth in the U.S. insurance industry
