Requirements and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: * Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. * Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. * Track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports to inform strategic decisions. * Coordinate and support follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects. Marketing Support: * Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. * Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking. * Support the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, social media posts, and ad content. * Monitor marketing trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities. * Assist in organizing events, webinars, or trade shows to boost brand presence. Healthcare Industry Support (Preferred): * Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry standards to ensure marketing and sales strategies meet requirements. * Support initiatives targeting healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, or homecare agencies. * Assist in developing industry-specific materials for proposals, presentations, and campaigns. General Responsibilities: * Act as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies. * Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance team productivity. * Maintain professionalism and brand consistency in all client-facing communications. * Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales and marketing strategies based on analytics and feedback. Skills & Qualifications: * Fluent in English and Spanish. * Proven experience in sales and/or marketing support at a senior level. * Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. * Proficiency with CRM software and marketing automation tools. * Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus but not mandatory. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Position is base pay plus performance bonus.
