Responsibilities
We are looking for a senior technical recruiter with 5 to 8 years of experience to build and own our talent acquisition strategy from the ground up, with a primary focus on engineering roles. This role is ideal for someone motivated to combine technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and creativity to help scale a high-energy startup while maintaining a high talent bar.
The role is execution-oriented and requires designing and running high-impact recruiting initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities and focus:
* Build and own the talent acquisition strategy from the ground up.
* Focus primarily on hiring world-class engineering talent.
* Design and execute high-impact recruiting initiatives to support rapid company growth.
Requirements:
* 5 to 8 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
* Experience recruiting at Series A to E startups.
* Experience recruiting within talent-dense engineering cultures, such as Databricks, Snowflake, or OpenAI.
* Experience building recruiting functions from scratch.
* Familiarity with engineering roles and common technology stacks.
* Comfort working with ambiguity and building recruiting infrastructure.
* Ability to work on-site five days per week in San Francisco.
