The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by classroom training, driving business development initiatives, and enhancing overall sales performance. This role is essential to training, maximizing sales performance, ensuring efficient operations and to help close deals through hands-on support and leadership. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a high business IQ, and is skilled in Microsoft products. Join our team as a Sales Leader where you can contribute to our success while developing your career in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesMonitor Sales Performance: Oversee incoming call queues to ensure proper call distribution, reduced hold times and optimal coverage during peak hours.Actively communicate with estimators ( sales team) via internal messaging tool ( ie- Slack, Teams ) to assist in real-time deal management and overcome objections.Call Takeovers and Closures: Step in and take over calls as needed to help close deals and secure bookings.Daily Reporting : Generate and distribute daily call statistics and performance reports to sales staff and leadership each morning using Microsoft Excel and other tools.QualificationsProven experience in B2C sales, inside sales, or technical sales ( 4 years+ experience in similar role)Classroom Training Experience ( 2 years+)Strong negotiation skills and track record of supporting the closing of deals successfullyProficient in using CRM software, for managing leads and customer dataExcellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively.Job TypeFull-timeThis is a remote opportunity.
