Based in Colombia, this role offers the opportunity to work with a global client base while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and prospectingDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partnersCreate and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clientsNegotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clientsAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategiesMaintain accurate records of all business development activities using CRM softwareRepresent the company at industry events and conferences (virtual or in-person)Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makersMeet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metricsQualificationsProven track record of success in business development or sales rolesExperience working in remote environments with demonstrated ability to self-motivateStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships virtuallyExcellent negotiation and persuasion abilitiesStrategic thinking and planning capabilitiesProficiency in CRM software and data analysis toolsAdvanced presentation and public speaking skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)In-depth knowledge of target markets and industriesUnderstanding of modern sales processes and methodologiesFluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plusAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentResults-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targetsAdditional InformationExcellent compensation and multiple perks.100% remote work.Work week from Monday to Friday.Stability and growth opportunityAnd more
