Job DescriptionA Client Success Manager plays a critical role in servicing Wealth Management accounts that are key to the future success of the company. In this role you will work alongside the Senior Vice President, Account Manager to execute on customized client engagement strategies to ensure our Wealth clients are deriving the maximum value from CFRA's services. The Account Management team works with the Sales, Research, Product, Marketing and Sales Operations Teams to develop an in-depth understanding of each client’s requirements and tailor solutions using CFRA content, products, and expertise to meet the client’s needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a deep understanding of your clients, including their objectives, needs, and working stylesDrive adoption of products/servicesMonitor usage data to target inactive usersMaintain accurate users lists that reflect active usersSeek opportunities for growth, specifically with user adds, within existing accountsServe as the product expert for services within your client baseConduct product trainingsAssist with inbound product and research related questionsPartner with Product to ensure client feedback is integrated into product enhancement roadmapsPartner with Marketing on campaign strategies within existing accountsSkills, Knowledge and Expertise1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing rolePrevious experience servicing Wealth Management accounts is highly preferredPrevious experience in a Research environment is highly preferredHands-on experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce)Collaborative work ethic and a goal driven individualExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teamsA customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients succeedAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client requestsStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.Benefits20 days of Vacation8 Sick Days1 paid volunteer day10-11 Holidays a yearHealth, Dental, & Vision InsuranceCompany paid Life & Disability InsuranceCompetitive PayAnnual Performance Bonus401K MatchAbout CFRA ResearchCFRA is a leading independent investment insights and data analytics company.
