Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities include leading RIM system implementations, managing regulatory data and content, and ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards; Lead implementation and management of RIMS (e.g., Veeva Vault) including Registrations, Submissions, Publishing, Archive; Drive process improvements and RIM change management; Drive solution design, configuration, and deployment of RIM systems; Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define functional and technical requirements; Oversee data migration activities (data mapping, data quality assessment and cleansing, data transformation and enrichment); Establish data governance standards (naming conventions, master data, and reference data); Develop and maintain documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, user guides); Provide SME support and training to users and junior team members; Collaborate with IT, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and senior stakeholders; Strong experience with Veeva Vault Regulatory Suite; Deep understanding of regulatory data models and submission processes; Knowledge of global regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
