Responsibilities

Overview We are a growing secondary market ticketing firm seeking a data-driven professional to lead our inventory acquisition strategy. This role focuses on identifying market trends, analyzing historical demand and consumer behavior, and scaling our footprint across the live events space. As our first full-time hire, you will work directly with the owner to transition sourcing from a solo operation into a scalable, data-backed investment engine. You will spend approximately 90% of your time working with spreadsheets, seat maps, and market reports, and the remaining time building high-value relationships with venues and teams. Key responsibilities * Analyze historical sales data, popularity trends, and venue seat maps to identify inventory investment opportunities. * Calculate and report key financial metrics, including ROI, net profit margins, and break-even points for potential acquisitions. * Monitor inventory performance across secondary ticketing platforms and recommend pricing adjustments based on real-time supply changes. * Conduct outreach via email and calls with sports teams and venues to execute wholesale purchases and maintain professional partnerships. Qualifications * Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience in data analysis and visualization. * Solid understanding of financial concepts such as profit and loss, ROI, and gross and net margins. * Experience with e-commerce data or retail product analysis, including category management or marketplace selling. * Ability to communicate effectively with venue and team stakeholders during wholesale discussions. Why join us * Direct collaboration with the founder, without corporate layers. * Annual performance-based bonus tied to individual results. * Fully remote role with flexibility to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.
