Requirements and responsibilities


* Overview: We are hiring an experienced Amazon Seller Specialist to manage day-to-day operations and resolve issues directly with Amazon. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take full ownership of problems until they are resolved. This position requires frequent phone calls to Amazon Seller Support. If you are not comfortable speaking on the phone, this role is not a fit. * Requirements (Must-Have): 1) Must be located in the USA/Latin America Eastern to Pacific Time Zones (no exception) 2) Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience 3) Strong understanding of: - FBA shipments and workflows - Listing issues and suppressed listings - Inventory and stranded inventory - Account health and policy compliance 4) Must be willing and able to call Amazon Seller Support by phone (not chat/email) 5) Fluent English with clear spoken communication 6) Ability to work within U.S. business hours (or close) * Key Responsibilities: - Call Amazon Seller Support to open and resolve cases (primary responsibility) - Handle escalations and follow-ups via phone until resolution - Resolve listing issues, suppressed ASINs, and detail page errors - Troubleshoot FBA shipment and inventory issues - Monitor account health and take action when needed - Execute operational tasks inside Seller Central with accuracy and urgency * What We’re Looking For: - Someone who does not rely on chat support and is confident picking up the phone - Persistent and willing to follow up multiple times to get issues resolved - Strong problem solver who can navigate Amazon’s support system effectively - Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently * Nice to Have (Not Required): - Experience with flat files and variation troubleshooting - Experience with Amazon PPC - Experience with wholesale or branded products Please ensure your audio is clear. We are specifically evaluating your spoken English and comfort on the phone. Applications without a video submission will not be considered. Compensation: Hourly, based on experience ($6–$10/hr) We are looking for someone long-term who can take ownership of Amazon operations and resolve issues quickly.
