We serve over tens of millions of consumers and enterprise clients in Asia across a broad spectrum of industries such as telecommunication, multimedia, online education, fitness, smart retail and more.KKCompany now has over 500 employees across offices in Tokyo, Singapore, Taipei, Kaohsiung, and Hong Kong.Responsibilities:In this position, as a development project manager for a partner company's video distribution service, you will be aware of the business needs and requirements, formulate development schedules, and conduct development Q&A with the development and operations team at the head office.We will also provide operational support after implementation.The development and operations team is based in Taiwan, so communication in English or Chinese is needed.Requirement hearing for function expansion and customizationSolution proposalAdjustment of budget and schedule for implementation.Project profitability and risk assessment and management.Coordination and preparation of minutes of various meetings, etc.Creation of Japanese version of specification documentsBuilding relationships with partner companiesRequirements:Project management experience at a foreign IT company or work experience with overseas clients and engineersSomeone who can consider every detail from the end user's perspective in end-to-end software developmentExperience working at the front of a project and making proposals and negotiating with clientsBusiness level English or Chinese (must be able to travel domestically or overseas several times a year)Nice to have:Technical management experience in video/music streaming or entertainment industrySomeone who can keep up with the latest technological trendsSomeone who has knowledge of AWS servicesUnderstanding of Scrum, Agile development, and Waterhole development (PMI-ACP holder)Customer success experience in a major IT industryEquivalent experience as a team leader or manager
