You understand how systems connect, how data flows, and how to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical customers.You may come from backgrounds such as:SaaS Implementation Consultant or Onboarding Specialist within hospitality technologyProfessional Services or Solutions roles supporting hospitality platformsHospitality technology roles with exposure to integrations, reporting, or data-driven workflowsYou enjoy being a trusted partner early in the customer lifecycle and are comfortable answering “how does this actually work?” questions from customers.WHAT YOU WILL DOAs an Implementation Consultant, you will support customers through activation and early adoption of IN-Gauge, ensuring they understand the product, how it connects into their existing systems, and how data flows through the platform.In addition to training and adoption, you will:Help customers understand how data is ingested, processed, and surfaced within IN-GaugeSet expectations around data timing, dependencies, and reporting limitationsIdentify and triage data or integration-related issues, partnering closely with Data Engineering and Integrations teamsTranslate customer questions into clear technical context for internal teams, and translate technical responses back to customers in a clear, practical wayROLE SCOPE AND TECHNICAL EXPECTATIONSThis role does not require writing code. However, it does require strong technical understanding.You must be comfortable working with data and system architecture at a conceptual and practical level, including:Understanding how data moves end to end: where it comes from, how it is ingested, processed, and ultimately used in reports and dashboardsClearly explaining data timing, dependencies, and limitations to customers in plain languageThis role requires someone who truly understands how hospitality software and data ecosystems work, not just how to train users or manage timelines.Troubleshooting data-related issues at a high level, even if you are not coding the fix yourselfActing as a technically credible bridge between customers and FPG’s Data Engineering and Integrations teamsQUALIFICATIONSHands-on experience implementing hospitality software (SaaS, POS, PMS, or related platforms)Strong understanding of how data flows across systems, integrations, and reporting layersAbility to explain technical concepts, data timing, and limitations clearly to customersExperience working cross-functionally with technical teams (engineering, integrations, data)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues at a conceptual levelExcellent customer-facing communication skills
