Requirements and responsibilities


Outcomes: - Publish audio daytrips that will be featured in the Limon app. - Produce social media content that drives app downloads and engagement. - Iterate on content using basic analytics and mentor feedback to increase engagement. - Potential for in-person booths/promotions at your campus. Primary Responsibilities: - Plan, script, record, and lightly edit audio daytrip itineraries (mini podcasts). - Film and edit content for social platforms. - Write captions, create graphics, and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. - Participate in a weekly (virtual) meeting each week with the intern team and Co-Founder and CEO, Lili Montes. - Track simple performance metrics (views, saves, shares, downloads) and make recommendations. Key Performance Indicators: - Consistently publish agreed-upon deliverables. - Increase social post engagement during your term. Must-Have Qualifications: - Comfortable recording spoken audio and telling short podcast-style stories. - Comfortable appearing on camera for short-form social videos. - Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn content formats. - Strong written storytelling and communication skills. - Self-starter who works well asynchronously and meets deadlines. - Smartphone for recording video; basic microphone recommended (not required). Nice-to-Have: - Experience with Voice Memos, CapCut, or similar audio tools. - Experience with CapCut, Canva, or similar video editors. - Prior creator outreach or community seeding exposure. - Previous podcast, voiceover, or content production work.
