Distributed by TOKYOPOP and Penguin Random House Publisher Services, we are arriving at comic book shops this Fall with titles slated for release through the end of 2028.We're looking for a Marketing & Community Manager who believes in the revolution, lives at the intersection of great writing, fandom, and hustle, and wants to help push the boundaries of what a comic book can be. Crowdfunding and comic book shop retail experience preferred.What you'll run:Kickstarter campaigns. Strategy, messaging, and community from pre-launch through fulfillment.Substack. Our editorial newsletter for real comics fans. You set the cadence, write the content, grow the list.Social media. Instagram, X, YouTube. You write the copy and keep the brand showing up consistently.Retailer communications. Quarterly newsletter to the direct market and ongoing PRH partner communications.Convention marketing. SDCC. NYCC. 3 to 4 cons per year. Bring fresh ideas and make 247 stand out on the floor.Fall Store Launch. You manage the calendar and build momentum from one moment to the next.Online sales. 247comics.com, eBay, Shortboxed, WhatNot. Manage listings, coordinate drops, work with our Publisher on live sales strategy.We are looking for:A strong writer across long-form and short-form who never misses a beat.Real Kickstarter experience. You know how backer communities work.A genuine fan of comics, manga, or pop culture, not just professionally but actually in the community.Someone who thrives in small teams, wears multiple hats, and sees the whole picture.Can juggle a content calendar, a live campaign, and convention prep at the same time.You won't be working alone.
