Responsibilities

We are hiring an experienced Manager II, Product Designer for an exciting opportunity with a global product team.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive exceptional UI/UX experiences across acquisition, engagement/retention, and monetization journeys.Lead the complete design lifecycle — discovery, definition, development, and delivery.Conduct user research to identify customer and partner needs.Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams.Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, prototypes, process flows, and high-fidelity designs.Drive visual design from concept through engineering handoff.Contribute to and evolve design systems, guidelines, and best practices.Review product releases and use qualitative and quantitative insights to improve user experiences.Present key learnings and design recommendations to stakeholders.🔑 Must-Have Skills & Experience10+ years of experience as a Product DesignerStrong experience across UI/UX and user-centered designExperience working in both B2C and B2B environments is preferredStrong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XDExcellent portfolio showcasing UI/UX, design thinking, and product designStrong understanding of user research and usability testingHands-on experience with personas, user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity screensExperience using LLM platforms for user/design and market research to improve productivity and design effectivenessFamiliarity with Figma, Miro, Jira, and other collaboration toolsStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively in ambiguity and deliver within tight timelines🚨 Immediate Hiring | Manager II – Product Designer | Remote📌 Role: Manager II – Product Designer💼 Experience: 10+ Years🌍 Work Mode: Remote / WFH🕐 Working Hours: PST / Mexico business hours⏰ Shift: Starts around 8:30 PM ISTInterested candidates: Share your updated CV at shivani.sinha@delphic.in along with your portfolio and relevant details via DM.
