At Luflox we are seeking a skilled Corporate IT Lead to own corporate IT operations, security, compliance, systems environment, and who has employee technology experience for a client in the agricultural industry.Requirements:5+ years of IT experience, including experience acting as an accountable owner for IT operations in a lean environment.Experience owning or materially leading a SOC 2, ISO 27001, or comparable security/compliance program.Strong working knowledge of identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, privileged access, SaaS access controls, and employee lifecycle management.Managing and optimizing SaaS application portfolios, including software inventory, licensing, access controls, and governance.Evaluating, managing, and holding IT vendors and MSPs accountable to ensure performance, scope, and quality standards.Advanced English.Must reside in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Peru, and Puerto Rico, open to the rest of LATAM.🌎 100% Remote🤝 Full-time contract
