Key Responsibilities ✅ Manage distressed credit portfolios and recovery strategies. ✅ Negotiate restructuring agreements with borrowers and stakeholders. ✅ Represent the bank in insolvency and creditor proceedings. ✅ Monitor collateral, claims, and credit risk performance. ✅ Support risk management and process improvement initiatives. Requirements ✔️ Degree in Law, Banking, or a related field. ✔️ 5+ years' experience in Credit Risk, Distressed Loans, or Corporate Recovery. ✔️ Strong knowledge of lending regulations and insolvency law. ✔️ Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. ✔️ Fluent in German (C1).
