Turn promising properties into closed acquisitions. JP Realty Investments is looking for an experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to source, evaluate, and negotiate real estate opportunities across the U.S. You will own the acquisition process from initial research through due diligence and closing. COMPENSATION USD $1,000–$3,000 monthly base pay, depending on experience, plus commission. Compensation is negotiable; commission terms will be discussed based on your experience. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Source and evaluate potential property acquisitions. • Research local markets and analyze comparable properties to assess opportunities. • Build financial models and evaluate deal economics to support investment decisions. • Communicate with sellers and other parties, negotiate terms, and move opportunities toward agreement. • Coordinate due diligence and keep acquisitions organized through closing. WHAT YOU BRING • Expert-level real estate acquisition experience. • Proficiency in due diligence, financial modeling, market analysis, and negotiation. • Fully fluent English, with the ability to discuss deal terms clearly in writing and conversation. • Strong analytical judgment, organization, and follow-through.
