Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across relevant social media platforms. Manage social media accounts while maintaining a consistent brand voice and identity. Generate creative ideas for posts, graphics, reels, short-form videos, and other digital content. Research industry trends, competitors, audience interests, and emerging social media opportunities. Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth, and other key performance metrics. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and help build an active online community. Collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership teams to support brand development. Experiment with new content formats and strategies to improve reach and performance. Prepare basic performance reports and recommend improvements based on results.
