We are looking for an organized Virtual Assistant to support a growing mortgage lending business. This role is focused on administration, operations, CRM management, marketing support, and reporting.
You will work closely with the Loan Officer and Loan Assistant to keep contact records updated, manage campaigns, prepare marketing materials, and ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and on time.
What You’ll Do
Manage and update the CRM, including contacts, leads, campaigns, and follow-ups
Add new leads to the correct campaigns and keep records accurate
Monitor email and SMS campaigns and report any issues
Maintain databases for clients, real estate agents, and referral partners
Enroll closed clients in Homebot and follow-up campaigns
Track referrals and prepare simple weekly and monthly reports
Create flyers and other marketing materials using approved templates
Help manage the social media content calendar
Draft basic blog posts and post-closing marketing content
Support other administrative and operational tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience using a CRM such as MLOFLO, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, or a similar platform
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Experience managing contact databases and marketing campaigns
Comfortable creating materials in Canva, Adobe Express, or PowerPoint
Strong written English and attention to detail
Able to manage several tasks and meet deadlines with limited supervision
Experience in the US mortgage, real estate, or financial services industry is required. Familiarity with Homebot, Clay, Apollo, or AI video tools is also helpful.
