You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, GTM, and partners to create differentiated, repeatable, and scalable service offerings centered on NGFW, SASE, and SD-WAN technologies.This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex architectures into consumable offers that drive customer outcomes and revenue growth.Your ImpactLead the design and development of service offerings and packaged solutions leveraging Palo Alto Networks' Network Security portfolio (NGFW, Prisma SASE, SD-WAN)Define end-to-end solution architectures, including deployment models, integration patterns, and operational frameworksBuild scalable, repeatable service blueprints for internal teams, partners, and customersDrive offer lifecycle from ideation through launch, including validation, pricing alignment, and GTM readinessCollaborate with Product Management and Engineering to influence roadmap based on field and customer requirementsPartner with GTM teams to enable sales, including creation of solution collateral, reference architectures, and value messagingWork closely with strategic partners (SPs, MSPs, Telcos) to co-develop and operationalize joint service offeringsProvide technical leadership in customer and partner engagements related to offer positioning and adoptionEstablish best practices for SD-WAN and SASE deployments, including multi-cloud, hybrid, and branch transformation use casesEnsure offerings align with industry trends such as Zero Trust, AI-driven security, and autonomous operationsQualificationsYour Experience5+ years of experience in network security, solutions architecture, or related technical rolesDeep expertise in: Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), SASE architectures (SSE, CASB, ZTNA), SD-WAN technologies and deployment modelsProven experience in building service offerings, managed services, or packaged solutionsStrong understanding of enterprise networking (routing, switching, VPNs, segmentation, cloud networking)Experience working with service providers, MSPs, or large enterprise environmentsAbility to translate technical capabilities into business value and consumable offersExperience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plusStrong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiencesDemonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authorityOur CommitmentThis job opening is part of a pipeline initiative designed to build interest of Persons with Disabilities (PwD) for employment opportunities at Palo Alto Networks.
