Responsibilities
Join Certa as a Solution Engineer (Post-Implementation) to support the stability and reliability of the Certa platform.Troubleshoot issues, answer user questions, and diagnose configuration problems without ongoing implementation responsibilities.Requirements:1–3 years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation Support in a SaaS environment.Strong understanding of SaaS configuration concepts and troubleshooting skills; familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and JSON preferred.Bachelor's degree preferred; strong written and verbal communication skills required.Must have a curious, analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure.Experience with enterprise customers and knowledge of ERP or third-party integrations is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary with bonuses and equity.49 days of paid time off and full benefits including retirement and wellness plans.Professional development support and remote workspace setup bonus.Annual company offsites in exciting locations worldwide.
