NatureFinance is looking for a strategic, people-centred HR leader to design the systems, policies, and frameworks that hold a fully remote, global team together.Reporting to the COO, you'll:Lead HR policy design, compliance, and governance across multiple jurisdictionsDesign recruitment frameworks and strengthen workforce planningBuild a lightweight, effective performance management systemDrive culture, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives for a remote teamThe ideal candidate will have:10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a global, remote organisationA track record as an HR Business Partner, People Lead, or Senior HR AdvisorStrong knowledge of international HR practices and Employer of Record modelsHigh emotional intelligence and sound, independent judgment📄 Contract: Part-time, initial 6-month contract📅 Target start: 1 September 2026
