THE MISSION BRIEF
We're not hiring a "salesperson." We're recruiting a growth operative to crack the code on EXP.OS adoption.
EXP.OS helps experiential wellness, hospitality, and event businesses digitize their operations—from bookings to payments to customer engagement. The mission? Get them onboarded, converted, and thriving.
Reward for successful operatives: 30% commission on every deal closed. Average deal size: HK$50K. Nail 10 deals, and you're looking at **HK$150K+ earnings**.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're hunting for two distinct profiles—but both share one thing: a hunger for mastery in the Post-AI world.
🧠 PROFILE:
Fresh. Sharp. Cantonese-speaking. Ready to prove yourself.
You're either:
* From Guangdong or other Cantonese-speaking regions
* A Hong Kong local hungry to level up
* An international talent looking for a growth foothold
You bring:
* A Cantonese voice that earns trust—you know how to build rapport fast
* Swift, high-touch lead follow-up & Relentless follow-through skills
* Quick learning—you can master digital tools and systems on the fly
* Zero fear of cold outreach or rejection

Item Details
Commission 30% per closed deal
Deal Size Range HK$1K – 6 figures
Average Deal ~HK$50K (earn HK$15K per deal)
