About the Team/Role The Integration Analyst BPO is responsible for the successful setup of client data integrations for WEX new and existing clients. The Integration Analyst BPO simultaneously manages multiple clients and/or partner data integrations serving as the data integration project owner, vendor/client contact, file builder and tester while ensuring high levels of customer service throughout the process.How you'll make an impactMust adhere to security policiesManage the data integration build and testing process between all internal and external partiesCommunicate and educate client and vendor contacts on WEX partner's data integration approach, including testing practices, processing timelines, error reporting, insurance carrier integrations and software functionalityProvide consistent updates to the client, vendor, and appropriate internal contacts on the status of all file builds throughout the integration projectUtilize and promote standard layouts supported by COBRA systems to ensure data security and integrityDevelop solutions that contribute to a seamless data integration experienceCommunicate timelines and provide conference call recap emails to all stakeholdersReview and evaluate existing client data specifications to ensure that the most integrated solution is offeredDevelop and execute a conversion plan when necessaryDrive the data integration process in conjunction with the appropriate internal contact(s) to make sure the integration project is completed in a timely fashionEducate clients on file requirements and how to successfully submit data to WEX partnersRecord and save all documentation related to the integration project according to team processesBuild and maintain positive relationships with partners, carriers, vendors, clients, and internal teamsEvaluate and report with your Senior Team Lead the clients, partner, carrier, and/or vendor satisfaction with the integration processEscalate all file integration roadblocks to your Senior Team Lead and the appropriate internal contact(s) in a timely manner to keep the file integration work movingMaintain high levels of quality in all aspects of your workRespond to and complete all tasks within the listed expectations of the teamMentor and assist in the technical development and training of your peersSeek development opportunities to grow technical knowledge and skillsProvide feedback and recommendations to management to improve WEX partner's file integrations and associated processesProvide support to the partner sales teamsServe as a subject matter expert to other teamsAssist with questions, research or review files for potential clientsSend integration specifications (upon request) to potential new clientsTrack and coordinate integrations for clientsAttend and schedule conference calls to discuss the integration processTrack and follow-up to ensure test data is received within the appropriate timelines, keeping all parties updated on the progressCollaborate with other departments to ensure a positive customer experienceCreate efficiencies and improve processes for clients, partners and third-party vendorsAssist with creating special processes for integrations through working with other departments (if necessary)Continuous improvement approach to work.Communicate changes needed to processesEngage in continuous learning and sharing of knowledge with team membersAll other duties as assigned, including but not limited to the manual importing of files and handling of file error communications Maintain policy according to HIPAAExperience you'll bring Proficiency with Google WorkspaceStrong presentation and organizational skills.Proven experience managing client-facing projects.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with a diverse customer and employee populationSelf-driven, motivated, and must have the ability to manage a fast-paced, result-orientated environmentExceptional communication and time management skills.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and multi-tasking capabilities.A team player with high energyDemonstrated capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.Consistently achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) at every stage of the integration process.Preferred education and experienceBachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent Industry experience1-2 years’ experience in customer service, partner management, account management, file integrations, or relevant experience.Project management experience is a plusThe base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
