Requirements and responsibilities


We are looking for a results-driven Sales Closer to join our team and help convert qualified leads into satisfied clients. The ideal candidate has strong end-to-end sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals consistently. Responsibilities: - Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing. - Conduct sales calls and presentations with prospective clients. - Build rapport, identify client needs, and recommend appropriate solutions. - Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process. - Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics. - Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM. Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of end-to-end sales experience (non-negotiable). - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities. - Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented. - Must be available and willing to work every Saturday and Sunday. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the credit repair industry is preferred but not required. - Experience with CRM systems and remote sales environments is a plus.
