You will be trusted to keep priorities on track and help the business run more efficiently every day.ResponsibilitiesManage executive calendars, scheduling, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups so priorities stay organized and on trackSupport professional business communications, including emails, messages, documents, and internal updatesCreate, update, and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and organized records with strong attention to detailCoordinate administrative and operational tasks that help daily business activities run smoothlyImprove existing workflows by identifying gaps, organizing information, and creating clearer processesPrepare documents, presentations, summaries, and other materials using Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceTrack deadlines, action items, and open tasks to make sure nothing falls through the cracksHandle confidential information with professionalism, accuracy, and discretionWork independently in a remote environment while communicating progress, blockers, and priorities clearlySupport ad hoc operational projects as the business grows and needs change.RequirementsMust-Have:Excellent written and verbal English communication skills2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar roleStrong calendar management, business communication, and administrative support experienceAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceStrong spreadsheet skills, including organizing, tracking, and maintaining accurate dataExcellent organization, time management, attention to detail, and follow-throughReliable remote work setup, including a headset and a quiet workspace with no background noiseNice to Have:Experience supporting U.S. or Canadian executives or clientsExperience improving administrative systems, workflows, or operating proceduresComfort using project management, CRM, automation, or productivity toolsExperience preparing reports, meeting notes, dashboards, or executive summariesBackground in operations support for a growing remote teamBenefitsAccess to a $200K+ perk marketplace with discounts on 150+ global services.Option to withdraw up to 50% of approved earnings before payday.
