We’re looking for an experienced Tech Lead – Generative AI to lead technical development and help establish a secure, scalable, and robust inference platform for Generative AI solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate technical development within the GenAI initiativeDrive AI architecture, development, deployment, and lifecycle managementSupport the development of a standardized Generative AI inference platformWork with LLMs, LMMs, and Agentic AIDevelop solutions for model management, APIs, monitoring, evaluation, and quality assuranceEnsure security, scalability, performance, and maintainabilityCollaborate with developers, architects, infrastructure, and security teamsRequirements4+ years developing and implementing complex AI systems1+ year of practical experience with LLMs, LMMs, or Agentic AI2+ years of experience with AI evaluation, hallucination management, and quality assuranceMaster’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fieldStrong technical leadership and AI architecture experienceFluent Swedish – spoken and written – requiredPreferred: EU AI Act knowledge, knowledge graphs, AI risk management, and experience leading AI implementations.
