We're looking for an experienced Lead Firmware & IoT Engineer to join our team and drive the development of next-generation connected devices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement firmware and IoT solutions.Build and maintain embedded software for IoT devices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate firmware with hardware and cloud systems.Debug, optimize, and enhance firmware performance.Stay updated with the latest advancements in embedded systems and IoT technologies.Required Skills9+ years of experience in Firmware & IoT development.Strong expertise in Embedded C/C++.Experience with ARM Cortex-M or similar microcontroller platforms.Hands-on experience with RTOS (FreeRTOS, ThreadX, Zephyr).Device driver development and Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL).Communication protocols: SPI, I2C, UART, BLE, Wi-Fi.Power optimization and battery management.Firmware debugging using JTAG/SWD and logic analyzers.OTA updates with rollback, integrity verification, and secure delivery.Hardware bring-up and Board Support Package (BSP) development.Firmware signing, anti-tamper, and anti-rollback protection.Familiarity with UL 2900, NIST IoT Guidelines, and awareness of FIPS 140-2/3 requirements.Experience with secure embedded development practices.Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM ISTExperience: 9+ Years
