Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter – UK&Europe to manage end-to-end IT recruitment for UK and European clients. This is a hands-on individual contributor role.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment DeliveryManage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle for UK and European requirements, from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.Work on permanent and contract IT roles across various technologies and domains.Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other innovative sourcing channels.Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates in line with client expectations and SLAs.Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.Process & Quality ImprovementTrack recruitment metrics such as turnaround time, submissions, interviews, and closures.Ensure adherence to internal recruitment processes and compliance standards.Market AwarenessStay updated with UK&EU IT hiring trends, skill demands, and recruitment best practices.Develop strong understanding of UK&EU hiring models, including compliance-driven recruitment environments.Desired Candidate ProfileMinimum 1+ years of hands-on UK and/or European IT recruitment experience (mandatory).Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring practices.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong organizational, negotiation, and time-management skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Comfortable working from office in UK shifts.Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred.
