About us
Early-stage startup building the AI-Native Operating System for Real Estate. Our platform runs
autonomous voice and WhatsApp agents that qualify leads, collect and verify documents via OCR,
schedule visits, and score tenant solvency, feeding everything into a CRM we built from scratch
with AI at its core. We start with customer service, the most broken part of the industry, and expand
from there to cover the full operational cycle.
We have paying clients in production and we onboard new ones every month. Our work has earned
external recognition: winners of the Solvia PropTECH Awards and part of the ElevenLabs Startups
Grants program. We are at an early stage, with a small technical team and a lot left to build.
Key facts
• Role: AI Technical Engineer

The role
You will be one of our first engineering hires, working directly with the CTO. Everything you build
ships to production for real clients, usually within the same week. This is a full stack role with a
strong AI component: you own features end to end, from data model to the interface the client uses,
and from the prompt to the tool the agent calls.
Depending on where you are strongest, you will spend your time on:
• Product features end to end: from design to production in our CRM (Next.js, React,
TypeScript, Supabase/PostgreSQL), including data modeling, migrations and the UI.
• AI agents: LLM orchestration, prompt design and tool calling for our WhatsApp and voice
agents (OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs).
• Integrations: REST APIs and webhooks connecting our platform with WhatsApp (Meta),
telephony providers (Twilio), messaging infrastructure (Chatwoot) and external real estate
CRMs.
Our stack is TypeScript, Next.js, Python, Supabase, Vercel and Google Cloud. You will not know
all of it on day one, and that is fine: we care far more that you take ownership and ship things real
people use.
Responsibilities
• Design, build and ship full stack features to production, end to end, in a multi-tenant SaaS
product with real clients.
• Integrate and orchestrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic): prompting, tool/function calling,
structured outputs and handling of model failure modes.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and webhooks, with proper validation, error handling and
idempotency.
• Model data and write migrations in PostgreSQL, respecting row-level security and strict tenant
isolation.
• Contribute to our voice and WhatsApp agents: conversation flows, tools the agent can call,
and the context we feed the model.
• Write clear documentation and communicate asynchronously in English (code, pull requests,
technical decisions).
• Own quality: test what you ship, monitor it in production and fix it when it breaks.
Requirements (must-have)
Each of these is a hard filter. A candidate who does not clearly meet all of them is not a fit.
• 2-5 years of professional (paid, commercial) experience as a full stack developer, building and
maintaining software in production. Not personal projects, bootcamps or academic work only.
• At least one LLM/AI feature shipped to production with real users, built hands-on:
prompting, tool/function calling and orchestration of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic or
equivalent). The candidate must be able to name it and describe it (company, use case or
URL). Courses, demos and notebooks do not count.
• Solid TypeScript in production, ideally with Next.js/React. Most of our product work happens
in the CRM, and the CRM is TypeScript.
• Solid SQL/PostgreSQL: data modeling, non-trivial queries and migrations. Demonstrable
with a concrete example from past work.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and webhooks, including validation and
error handling.
• Clear written and spoken English good enough to hold a technical conversation and
document work asynchronously. The codebase and all documentation are in English.
• Reliable daily overlap with Madrid (CET) working hours and a stable remote work setup
(connection, hardware).
Nice to have
None of these are required, but each one is a real plus and moves a candidate up.
• Python: our AI agent microservice runs on Python. You will learn it with us if you have not
used it professionally, but a solid Python background helps from day one.
• Voice agents: ElevenLabs, LiveKit, Twilio, STT/TTS, latency optimization, real-time
conversation design. You will work on live voice calls with us; prior experience here moves
you to the top of the list.
• RAG and LLM evaluation: retrieval pipelines, vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone,
Weaviate), evals/observability for model quality.
• OCR and document parsing: extracting structured data from IDs, payslips or similar
documents.
• Our specific stack: Next.js (App Router), React 19, Supabase, Vercel, Google Cloud.
• Multi-tenant SaaS: experience with tenant isolation and row-level security.
• Messaging/telephony integrations: WhatsApp Business API (Meta), Twilio, Chatwoot or
similar.
• AI-assisted development: fluent use of Cursor, Copilot or equivalent as part of a real
workflow.
• CI/CD and basic observability: automated deploys, error monitoring (e.g. Sentry), logging.
• Early-stage startup experience or another high-autonomy, high-ownership environment.
Education
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications or a related
technical field is preferred.
• A strong track record of shipping production software can substitute for a formal degree.
Demonstrated experience weighs more than credentials.

You are not expected to know all of this on day one. You are expected to learn fast and take
ownership of the parts you touch.
